        Please read these Terms before using Harbor Chaos.
        By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do
        not use the app.
      

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Harbor Chaos (the "App"), a mobile game developed by Alex Lemken ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 4 years old (or have parental consent), and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
Use cheats, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized software to modify or interfere with the App
Remove or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices in the App

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, sounds, game design, software code, and the "Harbor Chaos" name and logo — is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership of any content or materials within the App.

4. Free to Play — No Ads, No In-App Purchases

Harbor Chaos is free to download and contains no advertisements and no in-app purchases. You will never be asked to pay for any content or feature within the App. If this changes in a future version, these Terms will be updated and you will be notified.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Attempting to manipulate game data in unauthorized ways
Interfering with the App's functionality or other users' experience
Using the App to transmit malicious code or engage in any activity that damages our systems

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content in the App

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or device damage, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data in connection with the App. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

Harbor Chaos v1.0 does not integrate any third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, or data collection. The App is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, whose own terms and privacy policies apply to the download and installation process.

10. App Store / Play Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform through which you downloaded it:

11. Children

The App is appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

12. Updates and Changes

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or address security issues. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice or liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the use of the App, and supersede all prior agreements relating to the same subject matter.
